Once, our alarm tripped in the middle of the night...we saw, on the alarm panel, which room it was in and went away from that area not towards it...if fact we went out the house and called the security company...
Turned out it was a gecko...

If you are with your loved ones, you first take them away from the slightest sign of possible trouble...you only attempt defending them if you cannot get away...

So far there is not one atom of evidence that he hated her, or wanted her shot, or dead. The state have already made their case.
In the movies ordinary people shoot people, in the real world most ordinary people couldn't kick someone in the face let alone shoot them, even in a rage. I couldn't unless I was defending my family. Maybe criminals or lowlife scum or policemen exposed to violence all the time. You would have to be a monster to shoot at someone you know through a door. What evidence is there of anything that could have driven him to that?
Thing that really gets me is the two witnesses that say he shot out of sun roof, and he denies it. If he is caught in a lie he will do his case terrible damage. His advocate would have told him better to admit, only the absolute truth will save him. Only one story can be true. There is no upside to either him or them lying about the incident. Baffles me utterly.

The state does not have to prove that he had a fight with Reeva all they have to prove is that he wanted to kill whoever was behind that door without any indication that it was indeed a burglar or that the burglar was armed or even posed a threat to him. The firearm laws are clear you cannot discharge you weapon without your life being in danger - His was not -

I won't take the same joy in the cross examination...just hope the truth comes out as there seem to be too many actions by OP (in terms of his version) that are not reasonable...
I know that he is trying to minimise his jail-time so the lies and theatrics are directed at this...only the truth shall set you free...
Find it sad that he has just now given an opinion that Stipp, a trained medical professional, seemed out of depth..."He didn't seem to know what he was doing, he seemed overwhelmed by the situation. Everything he told me to do I was already doing."...smacks of arrogance...

OP is the biggest actor ever - he is so obviously rehearsed his lines and blubbering does he think we all dumb! Have some dignity and tell the truth. From the go this is all too odd and his lies will be the end of him! Sobbing like a baby really... OP you killed Reeve how do you think her mother feels listening to your Oscar rehearsed performance. And do you think the Judge is fooled - think not!

(tu) Agreed...most incidents of murder or assault committed by those closest to victim...think it may be as high as 70-75%...
