Not sure if its nerves (or maybe tranquilizers) but at times he battles to string a simple sentence together!
Later: I see they adjourned due to his exhaustion.

Will catch up on the replays tonite, but if what I read is true and they are trying to prove he is insecure and generally a bangbroek, then where does the macho man come from who shoots in a car and in a restaurant? Or even at the shooting range? Or even loads his personal weapon with soft nosed bullets? Just because he is afraid? Never

to attempt to prove that he was a paranoid person that was shaped by his upbringing(basically the whole family would not be out of place at a NRA gathering with their passion for guns it seems) and circumstances(crime in SA)- I asked around, and I don't know anyone that has not been a victim/or is a victim through association of violent crime in SA so I wish him and his legal team good luck on that path.. Nel must be licking his lips at the prospect of dismantling this web.

Oscar is the bravest man I know because he thinks God is his side kick whom he can now manipulate to his own ends, Mighty is The Lord God who will judge him.

I live by this code" To Judge(err) is human, to forgive divine" - Unfortunately the laws of South Africa will judge this person not those of God so best he concentrate on proving that his actions were lawful rather than trying to paint a picture of a highly Christian person that shoots randomly out of cars, threatens to break people's legs, has sex before marriage, vanity etc - Seems like the usual crutch when things go wrong - I am not religious but have met many religious people(and not religious) that do not behave like this person.

Hi Haupie I have a lot of respect for you and your opinions, BEST is you listen what is asked and replied because it is not what you are describing here
I think he is telling and a lot of of the public experience crime and how it affects you
for interest sake did you watch Carte Blanche last night were innocent people are being necklazed and burned/ kick/ stoned to death by vigilantes that are prosecutor, judge and executioners
now imagine you live there will you not be in constant fear that something like that can happen to you or a family member, son or daughter
so I think BR is trying to show that he had a genuine fear of being a victim of crime as thousands of other South Africans have and that don't make them bangbroeke.

If you are referring to me then you are right James because we live on Earth not Heaven and if you break the Law expect what you get don't start bringing God into your life when the Life you lived before caused you to be in the DOCK!!
