As we said before ,,,,,,,,,,Reeva's phone could be the key starting to show that and the content of the 13/14th could be the absolute clincher
His jealousy was already frightening the sh!t out of her!!

Those are a hand-full of messages from thousands.....as the state witness said, 90% of the messages were normal and he mentioned the words to the affect "normal love" messages. What was retrieved on the night of the incident, that will be crucial.

those messages doesn't proof anything on the main account
in my opinion useless information that will be disregarded by the judge
the only messages that can make a difference is is she send out distress messages at the time of the shots, we should know that tomorrow as GN said at the end that he want to introduce charts and could the court adjourn till tomorrow morning when he will hand it out
my take is that it might be chart with some sort of a time line created by message send by both just before or during the evening of the shooting
I think if there are any messages from RS that she is threatened in that time around 3'o clock then OP's boat will sink finally

Sodium
in a murder trail only actions are taken in account, no character witnesses are allowed so it counts for nothing
much more compelling evidence about Tash's was led before
as said any messages on the night where she indicates that she is in trouble THAT will nail him imo

Not true!!! Neither Motive or premeditation is an "action" as such, and will be the difference between murder and culpable homicide!

Well the state has closed it's case -unless Oscar's story is destroyed on cross examination, can't see any real evidence of motive or premeditation so far-right now it's hard to see the murder charge sticking???

i was very surprised they closed their case. There isnt much other than OP admitting that he shot her. Probably sit 1 or 2 years and then out on parole

If the main charge fails,at least culpable homicide must be a slam dunk-shot her and their is plenty proof he knew he shouldn't shoot!

I doubt if even Paddy Power would price up on that - I think the other gun charges especially thr one relating to the restaurant (He cannot think he'll walk on that one) will enforce the verdict(culpable homicide) as he is a serial firearm abuser and has not learn't a thing from past reckless behavior.
