They just don't get it .............maintenance has to be done.............that's fine!
Is it asking too much to have a note, on the site ,to customers, to that effect ................no need to communicate with customers means just one thing ........but I guess we always knew that!
Why does the industry treat it's customers with contempt.....it makes no sense!

Why don't they do it after hours, on Holidays, or non-racing days ?

They don't give a Fuck !

It does seem as if the complaints about Hollywood Bets are much less ! Keep up the good Work !

Good service is very easy.

The golden rule:

Don't ever make promises you cannot keep, and keep to the promises you have made.

Keep your customer in the loop at all times, knowledge is power and shared knowledge is happy customers.

How much simpler can it actually get?

Here's a news flash...the world according to Rob does have flaws...much as that might surprise you...one does not need incentives to disagree with your opinion
