The current witness (Roger Dixon) did tests regarding how much of person can be see through window...OP stumps are between feet and knees so that would make him +-140-145cms on stumps with full height of +-180-190cms (this I got from reading article by Ross Tucker when analysing OP accusing Brazlian athlete of cheating regarding length of prosthetics...)...

If one takes photo from below height of window (which seems to be what was done), tests will show person as shorter, if taken above height of window, tests will show person as taller...so, are the Burgers / Stipps (can't remember who saw shadowy figure through window) room above or below height of OP's bathroom...sole reason for this part of testimony is to discredit whoever saw person on bathroom...hope Nel addresses this...

Actions seem to indicate intent...moving towards danger even though vulnerable without prosthetics, safety off on gun, shots concentrated at height where person (RS or intruder) was rather than scattered to indicate unsure of where person was behind door...

OP had not yet received card from RS...was to be given it the next day so he couldn't have known what the message was...so possible that when she wrote the card things were OK / good, things got fraught later in the night and led to sequence of events...so to show that her message was one of love and he knew thereof and would not have wanted to harm is misleading by BR...at the time of incident, he had not received the card to know its contents...

What strikes me most about this trial is that there are so many attorneys that post on ABC

Who are they ?? @Haupie is one...

From this morning's session, you can only be an expert in a specific discipline...do not hold yourself out to be an expert based on general knowledge, experience, involvement...won't hold up in court...

I think his behaviour is atrocious , Retching & Crying like the spoilt brat that he is . He Killed her and Reeva did not deserve
to die like that . I have no sympathy for him & am sorry that we don't have a death sentence anymore .

I am wondering if GN was tempted to tell OP that because of his poor testimony "he hasn't got a leg to stand on" :)

I really wonder how Roux and the rest of OP's Council could have got this Mr DICKson to be one of their experts

That would require a report to the Human Rights Council !!!

Read some interesting things about Nel...was arrested a few years ago and spent a night in jail when he was prosecuting Jackie Selebi...the powers that be tried to derail his prosecution but Selebi was convicted and sentenced but still now enjoying his ill-gotten gains...:(

Was reporting of Nel to Human Rights Council a weak attempt to affect prosecution ??

Can't believe that anybody thought that the SAHRC had jurisdiction over a judge in the supreme court............it's her job to look after everybody's rights in her court!

mr H I was thinking the same thing as they would have know that his credentials will have to be impeccable as GN will make sure that he is not a creditable witness
I think OP case went from bad to worse
I am not a expert on body language but to me BR looks defeated?
