Imagine if Oscar was involved in a paternity case - He would say the DNA tests mean't nothing as he did not pull his trigger but it went off by accident - Not enough for South Africa to produce the worst sign-language interpreter but now we produce the worst Expert Witness(or Layman in his own disillusion words) in the world. I would not be suprised if Zuma enlists Di(CK)son as an expert witness if he is ever tried for his theft of state money to build that Fire pool and Kraal.

Heard before he act stupid like this- one time he pull gun on a wash machine thinking it is a crook, another time some friend of his, stay in the house and bump over a fan, to find oscar without legs pointing gun at him. This actions seem to be his way and could be he did it the same.

But lot of things is not making sense.

Culd not sleep but before fall asleep on gf stomach, she had to put down the iphone and sleep so sound he don't even know how she put the phone there.
Why put fan outside if hot inside.
Now fans not outside but inside, blocking the way - police moved all to exact wrong place.
Cover the power light of hi-fi with pair of pants - my word, there is something interesting there he try to cover up with the pants.
blood spill in the bedroom
fire perfect group by accident with no control over gun - if you held hand gun which go off by accident you know what it is, and now 4 time by accident but all group.
Why gf not put on light to go to toilet, it is so dark she cannot see in front of face.not believable.

I check my own room, for sure it is dark cannot even know my wife is there,

one cannot ask why he never do this or that because we all different, for sure all us can try get wife to also say if she heard a noise, for sure everytime i hear noise, i ask wife if she heard too - but he is not me. He has no legs, he cannot act like us - he must have problem since he behave madly like this before.

lot of questions but after many days still 50% say guilty 50% say not - so prosecutor has not proved guilt beyond reasonable doubt.

I believe he is guilty, but it is not proven - so perhaps after all it will be maslaughter,

,,,,,,,,,,and the ammunition in his safe..................surely he should have just plead guilty to those minor charges and avoided any testimony related to them! His stupidity (guns that discharge themselves etc.) and dishonesty that the cross examination exposed on those issues ,I think really damaged his integrity?

Anyway, looking forward to the final episode B)-

I thought the evidence of Stander hurt OP - When he says "Oscar said he had made a mistake when he shot Reeva as he thought it was an intruder" this for me proves beyond doubt that the "mistake" was not the shooting but the victim. He does not say his gun went off accidentally as he now contests. That to me shows he had intent to kill whoever was behind the door and that is reinforced by the tracking of the bullets in the door as his aim followed Reeva as she fell after the first shot. The "Pistorians" must now know the game is up and the golden boy will spend a long time behind bars. Such a pity that this chap took his paranoia to such heights(I give him the benefit of the doubt regarding an argument as I do not think the state has proved this )
