Not sure about the rating, but Astro News looks held to me on the July run by Whiteline Fever, which I don' really fancy either - also held by Wagner on last year's Summer Cup run - and that's not great form imo - as to him staying, yes he did finish well in last year's race, but still he has never won over 2000 and in fact looks better over 1800 to me - at least he jumps from pole position, but his biggest advantage imo is that he has a good jock - but he still needs to run the race himself

If he was not ridden by PS i would take a chance and write him off as his wins come from 1600-1400m but with that jock up I have had to include -

I don't always agree with Vee, but on USO this morning he said that he is ignoring numbers 1 thru 10 in looking for the winner (tu)

I seldom fancy this Mare against males but her last few starts have been great - I think she is going to go close from that draw and with that light mass - I would be shocked if she was not in the first 6 (maybe first four too!!) Leave her out at your peril

Well done to Magic Tips who has tipped yet another feature winner! Tipped Yorker as his pick for the Summer Cup.

Great to have had the Shams and Luchelle with her black type win at the box on Saturday, good atmosphere and company, and great to all who had a share in our p6 that won, days like this will always be remembered, win loose drunk or sober, that's what racings about, shot to all our friends and visitors.
