The reality of business is the supplier also has a right to choose who they deal with. there are 3 sides to every story.For this reason i dont believe venting in open forum is way to go. Pick up phone and speak to powers.
if the relationship is no longer win-win both parties should move on . Both parties have their principles.

Got to be the worst site on the planet, did a transfer about 20 minutes ago, system hasn't updated, worse, i don't see the purpose of having a live chat option when nobody acknowledges the query in 20 minutes.
Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

Very true. I remember these sorts of experiences and how frustrating it can be. Not to mention the double striking of bets and price changes that repeatedly prevents you from placing the bet

Thankfully all in the past for me since opening WSB account. I can honestly say that these days any stress or frustration is due purely to backing the wrong horse and never about WSB or their site/service.
