....got a call from HW AND THEY CLAIM THAT the Singapore betting portal was loaded and I took bets there.....yes I did from their mobile platforms.....yet there was not and still not any Singapore betting portal on there desk top site.
according to him many others were able to bet from desk top sites.....which ones I dont know.....but f@ck did this oke argue with me.....FFS I am a customer and do not need this guff.....nor do I need to compromise and f@ck about trying to improvise on a phone to get bets on....it is an absolute mission and a total inconvenience....

I did not have any bets in Singapore but when I went online desktop I saw Singapore at least the last 4 races - I don't know before I logged on but those were up

.....let me clarify I'm talking about the new desk top site that I had to use for Ozz punting too....so I was on there through out the morning and hoping that I could include Kraji bets there instead of f@cking @p on the phone....and hence my posting ....as I saw f@ck all Kranji/Singapore there......I do not understand how a website can be available to an individual that is different to others also using the same site.... and this oke now wants technical people try resolve MY problem....I may be an IT dinosaur.... but FFS that is preposterous....:huh:

I don't know about a new site - i've used only this one on my desktop for years

all the Aus venues are on there daily but maybe there is another site I don't use - I personally like the desktop for taking bets but use the mobi for recalling bets as the desktop always has a mess with pending bets

......yes that is their old desktop site which for me is a total turnoff and many other online bookies have similar..... what I am trying to get through to HW is that they still have many problems such as the balance issue and recording of bets which also happens on the new desk top site.....and to have to f@ck about on a phone to check your bets or place your bets is an inconvenience.....and what a pity that Dev went the extra mile to personally get me back and sort me out.....only for his staff to get my back up.....in customer service they have failed.....:sick: :sick:

Imagine every company just told the customer to bugger off if he dares to bring up the problems he is dealing with.
Surely in this day and age criticism should help the business know where they are falling short so they can improve and give their customers a better platform.

......there was another old oke here that had his account closed for grumbling/bitching and at the time thought it was pretty petty but rather distasteful.....but now we know how the mighty HW deals with customer gripes....it is a pity though as thy have done much for racing and their marketing and promotions are to be marveled....I was pretty pissed off with all the hassles I had with their website and by the time they called me I was rather crass....but do not need to be told that I am wrong because it was on another site or I have issues on my side....FFS i AM NOT AN IDIOT a dithering old fart ( yet)....I believe that although I am no IT eggspurt....they have so many different sites..... old new mobi mobile and another ..... they have no idea of the shIt one has to wade through to place a simple bet....:huh:

....there we go....not saying you did anything as bad or as bold....but the way you were treated for a much less trivial complaint was rather distasteful....you and I are small fry they do not need our small daily donations as they are frying really big fish...and so be it.....but heaven help them if I were to one day soon ....race a string of horses at their sponsored race venues or even a HW sponsored race.....the interviews will be very interesting indeed....:whistle:
