Site has been horribly slow today. Balance slow to update - Bets struck slow to appear in the pending bets. Odds on the races slow to update, seeing price has changed everytime you try to take a fixed odds bet.

Desktop is working fine the problem is with their mobile site

Ever noticed when the results are punter friendly, HW collapses irrespective of your balance, prove me wrong..

.....my latest beef is that they have too many mobile betting sites....I notice at least 3 different formats available on the phone and just today tried to get into the one I normally use but got into some other that did not accept a trifecta double floating banker.....FFS this is most frustrating and very irritating....pity one cannot recharge a tote account with the many more options one can do with HW.....

According to NYRA, on Race 6 Black N Tarn is a runner and Hollywood scratched it.
This leaves a bad taste in my mouth, How many punters will pick this?? Hollywood scratching a runner, is there someone who check the scratchings done on their system and approve? and if the scratched horse wins what will they do?





Please keep ripping the poor punters money and open more branches in Saudi Arabia and Antarctica

Could you get you team to monitor the football betting a bit better.
Too many games postponed and you still have the betting up for them.
I know we should check but sometimes you just want to take a quick treble going on the todays football option and postponed games that still have betting available just give us a headache.
Say two of you teams win and the third is postponed we usually have to wait a few days before we get paid or we have the cash out option which gives us less of a payout which I find very unfair in this type of situation.

......trying to now enter the Scottsville betting portal on my laptop and it is going into the completed Hong Kong portal
.....had to place bets on the phone betting site.....fast losing my punting mojo because Hollywood continue to have these online glitches....

.......since I whacked a R200 profit on that fractional swinger and then played a few bigger bets JP etc....decided to buy R50 airtime ....and they THEN took back their 15% BONUS on that airtime purchase.....:S

.....new desktop/laptop site is shyte.....now not recording bets.....I thought it was the balance problem not deducting bets but see bets acceped are not being placed.....one cannot f@ck around with these problems....cant imagine being a serious punter with big money and have these issues....looks like their bonus has brought in traffic the site can no longer handle......:huh:

......while having the rant above the bets actually went through.....talk about a delay.....almost placed them in duplicate.....:oops:
