Does it take one hour when my eft reflects immediately ?
does it take one hour when u buy an instant voucher ?
As much as hollywood provides the services ,Punters are not fools!.

Sometimes bets need to be manually settled and on a Saturday this causes delay.

All the bookies want bets to be settled ASAP, especially for mugs like you and me 🤪

Most bookmakers, sports results are provided by an external party.

If I do catch a bet and it taking long to clear and I do not have cash, I normally send them a link with all the results normally from Flashscore and they then result my bet.

Made a withdrawal yesterday via the “Send cash to Cellphone” option and have not received a sms code or anything like I normally do. Also called and emailed without a response today... needless to say, still waiting...

I have sent this onto our Withdrawals team and asked them to investigate asap.

I am fully aware of the ante post market but I am a highly frustrated client, I don't usually take a bet on a Friday for a Sunday meeting but I was given confidence in the first timer in race 1 at Scottsville called Sheldon. I wagered him at 4.55/1. I had a rather busy weekend and didn't bother with racing till race time on Sunday when I found out that racing was switched to greyville not thinking anything of it I saw my horse win... Excited I log into my account to see only my initial stake in the balance. Later I was notified that because of a switch in the course my ticket was deemed null n void... I find this highly frustrating as the only winner in this case was the Hollywood as there was tons of money on the Saturday for this horse. I cannot understand why the change of venue had anything to do with my bet being cancelled and new betting put up when in fact it was the same betting that was used at Scottsville.

All Australian tracks have betting loaded except Melton. Should we come here to complain everytime about loading betting odds on races. Just sick and tired of complaining too much. We want to place our bets early please.

Can you imagine if shoppers had to complain that Shoprite or Pick and Pay etc are not opening their stores on time!

Pathetic leadership.
