This is a real problem.
It happened to me on 16 Jan .. I kept pressing because bet did not register/reflect nor did balance update.
Learnt my lesson hard way when balance emptied out as the bet logged 3x.
This problem persists today.. a week later and still not fixed.
Be warned

Still haven't resulted the Chelsea in running bets, over 2hours, dangerous betting with them on Saturdays and Sundays

This could be a bit pedantic but....
I don't usually check the small change but the other day I had zero balance and was awaiting a football bet to get paid out.
I knew the exact amount, not sure now,but I was paid 1 cent short.Didn't think much of it until just now when another football bet was paid to me.
I had a R750 balance and the payout was supposed to be R233-48 plus my R50 stake.
Yet my balance shows R1033-47.
Yes it's just 1 cent but how many football bets do Hollywood do in one day?
Over time that could add up to a lot of money.
Has anyone ever noticed it with their payouts?
Do Hollywood donate that 1 cent to a worthy horse racing cause?

The 1c thing can happen occasionally with all the bookmakers, it`s a system issue, was explained to me before by another bookie, can`t remember if it`s a 3rd party software thing.. If you need the 1c contact them as they probably don`t know it`s happened

Was expecting a comment like that.
Never mind that it is just 1c the point being why is the payout not the same as the ticket?
Seeing as Bob had the answer on hand it seems this query has already been brought up with the bookies somewhere down the line.

I would like to publicly thank John from Hollywood for attempting to call me on this matter.. and then mail me. And to rectify the problem.
It is appreciated when the customer service does work, and credit to this site for creating a platform where issues are obviously read and noticed.

I am feeling generous today, so I give them permission to take 2c off my winnings.

But on a serious note, Durbs, you have proven the psychology of a punter. You (punter) will scrutinize your money down to the cent with a bookie, but you will also happily pump money into betting pools on the tote with exorbitant takeouts, the exact percentages of which nobody knows, without giving it a second thought. Forget a cent, you're down R30 to R40 per R100 bet before the race is even run. Penny wise pound foolish, that should be the tote's motto, and is the only reason they're still surviving, albeit barely, and yet they still do their best to alienate the R6 punter, who are their literal lifeblood, because certainly the bigger players are at the bookies by now.

Personally, I don't like the webpage on HOLLYWOODBETS wrt the soccer bets.
It is so easy to make a mistake when doing multiples especially.

So on Sunday (24th) I did a nice multiple with 12 teams. I had been following the results and bang, all won, or so I thought (although it did seem strange that one of the earlier games was not resulted).
Anyway, I thought its like 1.00am and maybe Hollywoodbets would credit my account in the morning.

NOT TO BE.

To my disgust, I have no idea how I selected Bayern Munich for the 30 January instead of the 24th January.
Now I must wait for Bayern to win to collect, hopefully.

HOLLYWOODBETS, please do something about your layout or at least COLOUR CODE the dates.

Please don,t say that it is clearly marked TODAYS FIXTURES. This heading DOES NOT have all the bet types.
