Talk about pathetic service. In this day and age there should be straight through processing with almost immediate clearing of accounts.
I suspect that they deliberately make it difficult in order to pressure clients into keeping higher balances on which of course they collect the interest.
In the meantime, the horse that I wanted to back has shortened from 11/10 to 8/10. As a matter of principle, will not take this bet with them as the same price available elsewhere from firms that have not stuffed me around.

Did you know that if you took a multiple with Man U you have the option of cashing out but at a reduced payout or wait 48 hours,is that fair?

I have spoken with the Hollywoodbets team, and as there is no official news on when the match will be rescheduled to play, they are waiting for the 36 hour period before refunding tickets.

I won't tell a word of a lie I'm the shittest punter in the history of shittest punters but this was me all the time with them, me losing is always somebody elses fault but with them i stand firm, those guys that you deal with in the call centre are there just to wind you up so you lose your mind and do in your tom when you eventually get sorted out, i started to bug Marcel cause everything got sorted out straight away, she is amazing, it was stated that the game would be played at a much later date last night and it should have been a single, please excersize, they used to be firm with the hour rules bit they started releasing the funds earlier, I bet now with wsb and I have zero issues with them, never argued on the live chat and got worked up, only negative with wsb is their cash send to phone comes in at 11 the next morning if you cash out at night where as holly comes through about 7 in the morning, their resulting is a shambles and nothing is getting done about it, golf clearing the next day, yesterday my 2 ball finished, 5 minutes later the geyser at wsb resulted in a few seconds, I get angry at goal keepers, refs and jockeys now not incompetent staff members and an aging resulting system

Why does my withdrawals keep getting declined? (the reasoning says Bonus T&C but the bonus is clearly reversed and even mentioned before the withdrawal can take place) I deposited the money and then decided to withdraw that same amount. Why can't I withdraw the amount I deposited? I have followed up with an email and call and no response to date...
