3 years 6 months agoI always use instant money, 9 times out of 10 during the day it comes through within an hour, sometimes 5 minutes, used to use the absa one until I noticed how fast standard bank was
Vouchers are the easiest to deposit - update instantly to bet
Ewallet works very well to withdraw
Exactly what I do but use instant money to withdraw

Hi
I am having massive problems with Hollywood bets , I made a withdrawal on Tuesday and waited for it to be paid out, then yesterday morning I get a message saying it has been declined by the bank. I then look that it was declined by Absa and that is strange as I am with Nedbank , so I tried to withdraw again and still it has not been paid out. I have sent numerous emails with no reply, I have tried to call and use the live chat but I have to always wait over an hour on the chats or calls to get help.
Please can someone help me

Can Dev pls assist.
I held on for 40 minutes yesterday and once again 35 minutes this morning without any success as the call centre agent couldn't hear me on both occasions.
I requested a withdrawal in Wednesday and another 2 withdrawals yesterday but not one request has been honoured. We cannot continue like this.

Every other betting platform was online for these races yet we with Hollywood bets sit here with empty pockets.
