Mr H you are absolutely right. As I said before, he was a really nice person to chat to but now I am seeing the other side of the person. Arrogant comes to mind with little respect for most people. Seems like "I am Oscar and I can do what I want " attitude! (td)

As I understand it you are not allowed character witnesses into a murder trail
but GN by bringing in those extra charges he is painting a character of OP as being reckless which he in no doubt going to use in his closing argument
the problem is how the judge is going to value that
it do seems, and I do not question her knowledge and achievements, that the judge is a bit weak for an important case like this, and that she will be persuaded easily
in my opinion it will up the person who have the better persuasion powers GN or BR to "win" the case
also I was astounded yesterday that she did not know what blogging and twitter is,
