did he search the rest of the house BEFORE breaking down the door? Or even check if she had gone out through the front door ?

Craig, I'm not disagreeing with you.
I'm asking if it makes sense that Oscar would be screaming and reacting as he did if he didn't KNOW Reeva was behind the door. He stated in his affidavit he thought it "COULD" have been Reeva.
But to me his reaction shows that he KNEW it was Reeva that was in the toilet prior to gaining actual sight of her. His reaction implies certainty, how did he get this certainty before he saw who was in the toilet?

Saksy, I see what you saying. I think he knew she was there but to prove it,it will be hard. How long was it between the last shot and the 1st scream of a woman(or Oscar)? Missed that part.

The defence should have the ex girlfriend in knots..
Don't agree with having a break,because she's emotional

I'm not sure of the time difference.
I don't believe it can be proven conclusively unless Oscar admits it himself, which is obviously unlikely! But how is Oscar going to explain his actions when he's on the stand? If his story does not add up and actions are deemed unreasonable given his state of mind does it need to be proven?
This is getting heavy with the ex on the stand. For the 1st time I'm thinking whether this trial should be on TV or not.

Just did a little experiment - I tried to "scream" like a girl and it became painful and impossible to hold after a few seconds - Does Oscar maybe have a dual personality?

Mr H, you can do anything when logic is thrown out of the window in order to explain events that need Steven Spielberg specials effects and imagination in order to have happened..........

I think that some-one (maybe the judge) should whack Barry Roux over the head with a cricket bat so that once and for all it can be conclusively determined if sound of cricket bat hitting something sounds like gun shot...(
Judge giving defence too much leeway with and that is why this trial is dragging...maybe they all like the limelight and television cameras...celebrity is a terrible thing as no-one acts / behaves in a normal manner as they would if there was no camera present...

there is a guy sitting next to Barry Roux and everytime Barry ask a witness if he agrees this guy nods his head as if he want to induicate that the witness must also agree, I land up watching this guy and everytime he nods I start laughing (
