Interesting................I see it exactly opposite to you!
Nel ,I think,is happy to let Roux bring doubt about confusing noises...............except he will later try to prove the bat noises were first !!!which fits better with a jealous rage ( ie escalation!!!!)

As I said yesterday. Roux is a brilliant strategist. He will tie it all together and Oscar will be found guilty of manslaughter and not murder and maybe before the end of the trial there will be a plea bargain.

you know I had never thought of that , that might be an interesting view that NOBODY has put forward
so in fact people were woken up by the bat breaking up the door
BUT
It was said in evidence today and it was also not disputed and will be proofed by forensics that it is definite that the shots were fired and then the door was broken down so unfortunate that version can not be true

please do not call me crazy we only view our opinions not facts,
i disagree all the staes witnesses so far in respect to the happenings of the evening stated that they heard shots woke up and then the screaming and the bangs again, and then they made calls at 3'17 so if that is not true what was it they heard before 3'17 that sounded like shots that woke them up?l

Hey its just good debate and it shows how differently evidence can be viewed .........Roux says door must have been closed because of splinters..............Nel clearly has a counter to that(judging by his hints) maybe the bullets went through a broken door ,but jammed by an outstretched foot?????
Trying to anticipate is all the fun ,as long as we don't take our own speculations too seriously, especially at this early stage.
One thing is definite ..........both sides are very smart............that will show no matter who wins!

I'll admit that he is making an attempt to justify his fee...then again, I'd also never do anything that would warrant me requiring an advocate such as himself...

Absolutely ,but if Nel went private it would be a hard choice. I have no doubt they are both very good and both have got one hand behind their backs right now..........I love this kind of intrigue!
I stayed awake and watched the OJ trial and also that US case where the Au Pair was accused of killing those Doctor's kid
