First Entries for the Hollywood Durban July Tuesday 18 April - Early pics

Champion Season is just around the corner in KZN, and we are only one or two prep races away for some runners..

Yes - interesting to see the Entries - one that seemingly disappeared from the betting boards, is Make It Snappy - so who knows ? Another who there must be some doubt about her running is Golden Hostess - but she really impressed me last week (over much shorter of course); I have also been taking the 150/1 about Waterberry Lane - and is now a little shorter at 100/1; a lot will depend if Al Muthana runs - if not, the weights will be compressed and Double Superlative (will he be entered ?) or Do It Again, Pomp & Power and Safe Passage may end up at the top of the weights - but early days yet

PS Sparkling Water has been retired to stud

Of the fancied runners I do like him - but no value at this stage imo
