To be fair to Elusive Silva, while most of the field was being ridden, Delpech barely moved on him so could have won by further. His last 2 starts suggest he may well have improved from his earlier form and certainly the extra distance of the July will suit.
I guess we will see tonight :dry: Despite a wide draw, I prefer Banner Hill to ES and one that I would include in everything is Ten Gun Salute

do not worry about the draw, as past results have shown, the higher draws actually has an advantage....back what you prefer forget the draw..

Backed Elusive Silva @ 33/1 for the July and at 33/10 for the "1900". His poetic win in the Sledgehammer cannot be formulated with mathematics. He is also unbeaten as a gelding. Go boy...

Yes horse's win from bad draws but it is far better to be drawn well and decide where you want to be than drawn wide and have to race from where you have to be.
