If RS woke up at 3am needing the bathroom, why would she take her cell phone with?
There must be more to this, did she call/sms someone? Not sure if this has been covered in the trial to date?

Hi Tim I know of people who at all times take their cellphones to the toilet, apparently thy use the time to read and delete even during the night especially persons who are into social media fb, google plus, twiiter etc, note I do not say RS did it all I am saying is that there are people who do it
about RS what I am wondering why is there no indications that she tried to contact someone if she felt she is in danger.
even if she did not have time to finish call on her phone there would have been evidence of she putting in a number or dallied or send a sms
and no evidence was given to the effect.

It was an arguement.. he lost the plot she ran.. he opened fire like a mal mens.. realized he in kak and fabricated a story that he is now been caught out for.. But i see him sticking to his story till he goes to jail.. he seems like a stubborn and will stick to his story.

It's the smallest of details that show the inconsistencies...Matlock, Columbo, Jessica Fletcher, etc all saw something minute at a crime-scene that the perpetrator overlooked in their haste to have the scene fit their version of what transpired...

Fair enough, so if she didn't contact anyone why not?

Still talking too much...you scream in your home and your partner doesn't respond, what do you do ??...I'd scream again and again to get response and to see if they will carry out my request...
First mistake in logic and probability is that he moved towards danger for some-one who is vulnerable without prosthetics...I've got no disability and, though I don't have a gun to increase my bravado, I'd get my loved ones and run or move as far away from danger as possible...
With intruder down the passage and +-5-6 metres away, it would be quicker to awaken (if not awake) loved one, remove bat, open door and get out the bedroom and if alarm trips, all the better as that would alert security company...rather than get gun and move down passage towards bathroom where intruder supposedly is...

Just an observation: Oscar has categorically called virtually every witness of the State a liar; will he now also be reported to the Human Rights Commission?
