He is getting deeper and deeper into the sh*t.
He is talking far too much and trying to be clever with Nel.
There is only going to be one winner.

Dramatic TV like ending.
Nel finished with, " you knew she was behind the door and shot her"
Then asked to adjourn for the weekend!

Missed the morning but caught up by reading the posts...
@Ou Ryperd...many many trolls on news24...and the OP fan club have tried not to look at the information presented objectively...OP could not have done it and to suggest same brings to the fore all manner of improbable explanations...or conspiracies...@DTF has it spot on...police (for all their flaws) had no sight of the version he was going to put forward so any movement of items would not have been with intention to compromise his version (which they didn't know at time photos were taken...
Tasha's incident...enough comments regarding this...how did the gun go off without some-one, who had possession of the gun, pulling the trigger...if not him then friend should be charged otherwise gun will need to be recalled worldwide like they do with cars that have an inherent flaw...
Sunroof incident...why would two people say something happened and the third say it never happened ?...surely they would have tried to get their stories roughly similar in conspiracy to lie...and one of them is his supposed best friend...
I'm not a gun owner so why does one release the safety on a gun ?? I'm assuming the next step would be to shoot if circumstances present themselves / require it...and why, especially if you have proclaimed vulnerability without your legs, would you go towards danger and not away from it ?? He had time to think that since he heard a noise, he must get a gun but then the time to think evaporates when the gun is in in possession and safety off...not logical or sensible or reasonable behaviour...if in danger, your flight instinct would tell you to :"Run , OP, run.. !!!"
So, was there any movement on the canvas today ??

From what was stated today, does any of it have some semblance of logic if looked at objectively ?? Is it as improbable as Nel has suggested ?? Or is it lie to fit previous lie to fit previous lie to fit...to infinity ??

Let us quickly go back to the law. If you feel threatened and have an opportunity to run away, you are required to run away before you can be harmed. What did OP do? He did not run away with RS. He elected to rather challenge the 'intruder'.
What would yo choose? Loose your dearly beloved possessions? Or your life and that of your GF? What did OP do?

@Haupie...Even John Rambo FIRST tried to run away from trouble rather than stand up to it...

And then you find the nutter groupie who gives OP a bunch of flowers in support when he leaves court - What on earth is she thinking? I wonder if she would shack up with him if he was found not guilty? My advice to her is get professional help or buy a bullet proof if this is the kind of guy you are attracted to!!
