Did he not just admit that he would have known if she got up to go eat something. Therefore he would have known if she got up to go to the toilet? Umm....

I am sure there was something stated previously that her stomach content showed that she had eaten a meal, no more than 3 hours before she died. Gerrie made a point of asking what time they ate at and Oscar said at 7pm, we will hear more on that tomorrow I woulg guess.

Saayman also gave his opinion on how long before she died Steenkamp last ate by the food contents in her stomach. He estimated that it would not have been more than two hours before she died. That appeared to contradict Pistorius's version that suggests the couple had eaten and were in bed by 10pm. Steenkamp was shot after 3am.

Glock are on the phone to Gerrie asking for him to represent them in the lawsuit against Oscar for slander of their product.

Gerrie is in the money!

As many married men know, if you want to get away with a Bullsh!t story, tell as much of the truth as is possible :D
It makes no sense for OP to not have pleaded guilty to the Sasha's incident and probably even the other minor charges..............lying about those and being proven to have done so,merely indicates that lying is an integral part of defence................of anything and everything!
If those charges were out the way on day one ,surely their effect would have diminished in importance by now and reduced the amount of KO punches Nel could Throw???

I didn't get much work done but I was royally entertained today...

@rob faux...conceal a little bull among lots of truth rather than try to conceal a lot of bull among little truth...

Married, single it makes no difference. It is easier to remember/recollect the truth, if it is the truth, it will stick up to cross examination.

Oscar has lied so many times about so many things, his credibility is shot (probably not by him as he did not touch the trigger).

Jail, jail, jail!

And I'm sure that cross examination by spouse / partner can be worse than Nel if you tell even a hint of a lie !!!

Surely the greatest fall from grace of any prominent South African...find it hard to think of anyone else but I could be wrong...
