Who shot who has never been in dispute -only the state of OP's mind -so many aspects of his explanation sound improbable but the one action that would have prevented an "accidental"tragedy was for the shots in the door to be be very high or very low as non lethal "warning" shots!
Instead , bearing in mind the ammunition that was being used, the grouping and area of the shots reflects an indisputable intent to kill!
I am sure that fact will be tested at length still.

The Lady has the final say. If she believes OP was in danger when he fired the shots, he will go free. The question is whether she will attach any weight to his lies and inconsistencies. To be honest, I don't know what she is going to do. If she took more part in the trial and asked a few of her own questions, or even interrupted the 2 counsel more often, as she should have done (she gave both of them more freedom than I have ever come accross), we would have been able to make a better jufgement at this stage.
I would hate to be OP who has to go back in the stand on Monday

The one issue that has still got me stumped-there is not an ounce of evidence yet which explains the sudden rage which would cause him to become unbalanced enough to shoot her.
That is the bit that is missing and prevents me being completely convinced that he intentionally shot her!
What caused the rage? I think he has a "don"t you dare mess with me " mentality , but where is the trigger here?

The fact that he was NOT in danger was established on the night .
The only question left is whether he was entitled to BELIEVE that his life was in danger? His problem is the arms and ammunition act says his action was not appropriate, in the circumstances, and unfortunately for Oscar he has confirmed he knew that ....in writing!

I'll venture a guess...Bubblegum ??? Another guess...Accent ??? And another...duvet not on bed properly ??? My guess is that persons with psychopathic tendencies don't need much of an excuse to fly off the handle...

I don't think guesses are going to cause Oscar's case any problems!!
There seems to be no evidence.............I thought it might be on her phone,on the night!

This thread is quite interesting.
But the simple question is "DOES OSCAR PISTORIUS KNOW THE TRUTH? "

@robfaux. I agree it seemed she loved him but yet was also getting tired of his kak.. and maybe like all woman when they tired of ur kak.. they give u an ultimatum.. Maybe this was an ultimatum he didnt like.. which caused the rage which in turn caused the shooting..
OP seems like a guy that holds a grudge.. so he probably got demoeren with her "flirting" as he so calls it..

Adv GN called OP a LIAR whilst in the witness box which is not allowed and the Judge warned him in this regard.
Now there has apparently been a complaint made to the SAHRC by a member of the public and they have no choice but to investigate. My question is if this is true how can this affect the Trail, can Adv GN be removed from the Proscecution team, etc, etc. Maybe Haupie can assist with some insight.

Does the count resume at 9,5 or did the weekend give OP the chance to get his thoughts in order and rethink his "strategy" so we start about a 6 today ??...
Going to be a very hard week during which lots will be extracted from him despite his denials...and Nel may get a few small opportunities to put OP away and he doesn't seem the type that will miss a slight mis-step...
Working from home today so will catch up on what's going on...
