what was striker going on about

I was shocked to see striker act the way he did after the last race he won, I may be wrong but I thought there was enough space for him to get through, as I saw it Gavin's horse was in front and he had the right to come across, I never saw striker check his mount , it looked bad how he went on at Gavin, hope its sorted out, they are both very talented for this.

It has to do more with the dragon fay incident if you ask me. Every man has his breaking point.

A lot of money on the favorite..................................but guess what???

The " Henry Higgins " p6 c/o sword still hanging overhead so he was determined to avoid the c/o.>:D<

P.S. Any one knows where's Macallistor these days, after all he beat HH and ensured a p6 c/o was never seen again!!!

Jockey Pierre felt that Lerena narrowed the gap at the outside rail early on.
Strydom switched to the inside and he felt that Lerena tried running into his horse .
At this point Strydom had one other on his inside

i watched the replays today several times and let me tell you this bickering doesn't necessarily stem from this incident but rather the crap that has been going on between these two for a long while now.

Strydom has NO reason to complain about Lerena on this ride. Lerena had the right of way and Strydom tried to barge his way through on the outside.

Lerena did what he had to.

Strydom should learn to take the brilliance with the not so good and move on.

He won the race so leave it at that............

But when Striker switched to the inside Lerenas mount started carrying them across again and they ended up in the middle of the track.

As long as Lerena didn't infringe on any NHA objectionable rules then he will obviously be fine?

Anybody know if the stipes commented on either of the rides?

These guys are riding 480kg horses it isn't a tickling contest!

Imo Striker would have done exactly the same if he were on Lerena's mount - rather childish if you ask me - but I am not a jock ::o

Am a fan of both jocks,i think lerena deliberately took up strikers space on the outside, striker did'nt mind and shifted to the inside and Lerena deliberately followed and wanted to take up his running again which pissed striker and lerena has not done this for the first time.
