Ceteris paribus, his odds will be infinity to 1.

Jet Dark has be taken out of the July a while ago - hence Mac's clever answer

I agree - unless there is something obvious amiss, I would certainly run her

Are you ok ?
If memory serves me well Iam sure Muzi has finished second and 4th in the July. His 4th place was Thundering Jet.

You are fretting over nonsense, GTGL won't win the July, even with Ryan Moore up, a three year old will win. Which three year old?, go and listen to the post race interviews of the Cape Derby, KZN Guineas and the Daily News 2000, the comments keep getting better after each win. Get someone to tie these interviews together, you don't even need to watch the races, you've all seen them, nothing left to the imagination.
Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

Ive been backing that horse since the Cape Guiness, in fact that was an unbelievable run as he raced 3 wide all the way and still stayed on for second.
I have a concern about him getting the 2200 against older horses where the cruising speed might be faster than what he has encountered even though is no obvious front runner in the July.
I also don’t like the way he hung in the DN, he is definitely not value as supposed to both the Cape Guiness and Derby where you could get 3/1 + place.

In a soccer match, you don't mind playing bad, and winning, imagine if this horse runs straight (think back to Dancing Duel, July Day, ran as straight as a die, the rest is history). Second run after the rest (Linebacker in the DN 2000), entitled to tire and hang, or run flat. Was that the truth though, we will never know. Who knows what would have happened (to his MR) had he won by a bigger margin. The jockey is convinced he will stay all day, and the July has been won by a few three year olds very "suspect" seeing out the 2200m.
Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.
