If I were an outsider with no clue about horse racing and that clip was shown to epitomize the industry I'd also be inclined to want to vote to flush it down the toilet. Someone please spend a bit of tom and put forward an Andrew Bon production and pay for the prime airtime.

Well I must say I did not see this link, I agree its embarrassing, especially with the horse pictures.

The one I did watch was the one with Vee being interviewed, was chalk and cheese and well worth watching.

I was also unaware who Mr Smith was, reading his Jooste background it does give cause for concern.

I am sure this was considered before he was appointing on the task team.

I understand what sabc wants the optics to be and that they earned to put forth a balanced and representative article but to just focus on horses running in a Bush racing setting is irresponsible and misinformed.
Hopefully this was sabc who tried to put that piece together on their own without help from any marketing person at PGL, apart from maybe the still of moodley.
Pretty sorry state

@ easy, I enjoyed your article on Sportingpost I think yesterday.

There is a loooong way to go and I am sure much will be changed and many parties related will have their input.

Ya of course I won’t comment on something i haven’t seen, I was referring to the written ones by NHA as regards the plea to continue racing, very good.
