Its " Easy " to call the odds thousands of miles away. Don`t take your trouble to Durban they don't deserve this. Get your Saboat going!
Black Arthur, how about telling me your name and if you represent GC racing in any way shape or form.
Perhaps then we can have a discussion on my "protest" and where I/ We should have it.
1:Now onto more pressing matters. Its days and still no word from the operator to the owners. The NHRA pretty much the same, I have had correspondence from Mrs Rowett but the email must have run on out ink because after the "facts" there was still no " my thoughts are with all through these trying times"
2: can someone please price up who the trainer was that paid the R100k for the problem to go away
3: Where are the famous 5 on this matter
4: where is MOD on this matter?
5: Had Betfred won the bid (i dod not fancy them anyway) then this would have been sorted because UK based company would lose it all not standing up for the rights of animals
6: The RA .....I have no words
7: how do we prevent this from ever happening again?
....Easy, this is not easy ......the people and organizations you are calling out cannot act on an impulsive /knee jerk reaction as the situation is complex and needs to be investigated and researched....sure something other than a simple labour matter has triggered an appalling reaction and the consequences to our local racing are most damaging...to add to this racing is in the process of being restructured and many have been caught flat footed and would be seeking consultation before issuing statements and possible remedies....
....well it looks like I have egg face again.. ..the matter has been hushed like a sick puppy....and still no statement by racings saviors.....must be one hell of a can of worms....this grooms accommodation fiasco.....and who now gets to take over the grooms facilities that Dippin Blue claims to have provided....and what of the rest of the PE grooms that are still living in the bush.....and then those that are now left without UIF payment and loss of accommodation ....are they to serve as a reminder of what can happen when you strike illegally and take the side of a horse butcher.....

I am not white by the way, not that that matters in any way.
A parting question, if 95 percent of horses dwelling at the start were Grey's, would you continue to back Grey's or would you draw a sensible conclusion based on facts and act in your own best interests accordingly?
Research what the Nazis did to the Jews, Stalin and Lenin to their dissidents, China today, Iran today. Drug cartels, Dubai with its woman abuses etc etc. Which countries do you think are exploiting African countries for its resources and fuelling the violence?
If you apply generalization to one group, then you must apply it to all. You will then find out that mankind is evil.
Lionel you right in what you state, there's evil everywhere, but do you know of a country that has more people leaving it's shores than South Africa?
Got to be a reason for that.
And remember those are the ones that can afford to leave with our currency depreciating on a daily basis.

You got to take those blinkers off Lionel.
Counting the days ... my wife retires end of next year and I can tell you the bags will be packed long before then!!! I only pray we make it until then.

After 200 comments and replies and 12000 views on the subject, not one word about the potential time bomb we could be sitting on?
Lets hope it all just goes away š·š

I actually said that to someone last night is probably fake from one of Headley`s haters..
ABC have actually had a couple of PM`s from PE folk that we ignored (Trainer and owners)
Read on the HW Post that EFF had opened a case against the Security company

Their supporters, more than 1 million as per the last election, do not seem to care about what their e-mail address...
The rhetoric put forward by the EFF that the suffering of their supporters is due to the actions of some-one else seems to appeal / resonate with their supporters...rightly or wrongly, that is what it currently is...

Looking on the Eastern cape EFF twitter account, this appears to be an official email address, but there is no sign of this statement
