I also feel 7/1 is a massive price on St Tropez but on the weights if Ultimate Dollar is fully wound up will be very hard to beat.

C, R3, St Tropez should not finish ahead of Ultimate Dollar, and you have to assume Ultimate Dollar is not the stable elect. St Tropez is not well weighted in this contest. Wonder why Marcus is not taking the ride.
