Race 5 : Deciding between Solar Triptych win or Brad's Surge place, there's one point difference in the price, perhaps a good exacta and swinger, slight preference for ST win though.

Race 7 : Anger has been disappointing on the turf and returns to a surface he loves, 5-1 isn't a realistic chance given his recent form, looks like he's lost that spark and doesn't enjoy his racing much anymore. 16-1 a much more realistic price IMO, 5-1 a fair price on stable companion which has claims here. Tiger Territory for me here, holding form well but I will be including Mogok's Desire at a price, I think strong chance to run in the first three.

Race 8 : I really like a bit of Rainbow Warbler in the 8th, that last run could have been fluke or signs of more to follow, handy mass and a big contender if repeating last effort, 33/1 is a chance worth taking!

Race 9 : Again a decision between Stydom and Danielson, I've opted to go with the latter purely on the jockey/trainer form of late, 61 kgs not too much of a concern over the 1000m but always a tough task as top weight nevertheless. Looks like this one has lots more to offer and the best could be yet to come.

All things being equal, looks to me like most of the races should be won by the fav or a fairly short priced one. But, with the results this course has been throwing up, who knows... I'm going back to sleep
