I love WP and support them whole-heartedly, but i think the Sharks will be a tough nut to crack at home

So that's why the Lions did so poorly in the Super 15 last season - all the other teams were gunning for them X(

Exactly the Champs have a target on their backs. They must have been Currie Cup Champs quite a few years in a row. X(

I think that the Sharks are the Best Bet of the Year!!

Would agree with you 110%. Had WP/Stormers number all season, playing top rugby and have a solid and balanced side. Take as much 11/20 as you can.

Since rugby turned pro in SA for the last 20 years the Currie Cup winners are;
Bulls 6
Sharks 5
Lions 4
Cheethas 3
WP 3......last time 2001 beating the Sharks 29-24 at Newlands and since then WP played in only 1 final, against the Sharks in Durban in 2010, losing 20-10

Also interesting to note that the Sharks played the stormers 3 times winning 2 and won both Currie cup games,,,,4-1 in 2012
