This is the perfect answer to the question addressed to me.
Thank you Mr Faux.

The only thing that can possibly ever work is the privatisation of racing. I think guys like Jooste, van Niekerk, and the breeding boys from the WC should buy out Phumelela and privatise the company as it once was, THEN run the company like a company who wants to make money.....and wants to be a success at running racing.
Get rid of the big boy lawyers and accountants who run racing right now.
Bring back educated people who LOVE racing.
nuff said.
PS: Who is this Kema lady anyway?

@zsuzsanna04
'
Umlilo has stated that he petitioned similar bodies with similar complaints without success.'
En core!
I do not begrudge Phindi for getting the attention whatsoever!
My problem is with the politicians who are supposed to be answerable (huh?) to the people.
Mr Freeman's generalisation about blacks is downright racist 'Oh boy! Another pretender to the throne who wants to get hold of racing’s silverware. We have seen them all — far too many to count.'
That is a f... racist insult to us all blacks!
Can he please mention just ONE more pretender? Besides Phindi, Mr Chimoto (another black about whom Mr Freeman had made equally disparaging remarks; and you say you help blacks!) and I are the only blacks who are widely known to be involved; am I amongst them Mr Freeman?
And, where is a black amongst the female breeders you rattle off? Where was the relevance to mention their names except to tell us in what circles you move?
Look at yourself Mr Freeman; non-accountability, running the Grooms School (circa R2-million) as your own fiefdom, no elections, firing of your assistants, grooms, etc. Who ever questioned and exposed you? In fact, there is much more! You pontificate, yet, how clean are you? You bring in Mr Maponya; is he also amongst those.... 'after the silverware'?
Finally, you are a sucker.... taken in twice in your own words!

I think that we should make sure the facts/statements are true and then decide. This is not for the 1st or 2nd time that I have heard about the way the horses look or how she treats her staff. That could be pretty easily proved and in all my dealings with John I dont have any reason to doubt what he has written. He has always had racing at heart. It has only confirmed what has been said before. Titch's proving that what she has written on her facebook page is wrong, I think must be taken as true( without personally checking) as it too easy to be proved wrong and Titch is normally pretty accurate with his facts. If these posts by John and Tich are proven to be 100% true then she must be shown to be a fraud and treated by everyone as such, especially the CC and if not they should be held accountable for the statements made. My Late Dad always said to me" Watch out,bullS..t baffles brains"

Ironically dear John has had a hand in the predicament WC racing currently finds themselves in as he unsportingly played the (wo)man instead of the ball.....he and a CEO of a Thoroughbred sales body took Phindi to task in the press over unpaid blood stock in an attempt to discredit her.....this just added fuel to the fire and now it comes back to open.a can of worms in their own sanctuary....there have been far bigger defaulters on bloodstock purchases but she was singled out and humiliated to keep her out of racing....

@justinv:
'that comment is not aimed at blacks..remove the chip from ur shoulder and u might notice'
Your opinion; let the SAHRC decide as a complaint is being lodged with them.
It's ok for your man to play politics; the chip is on your shoulder as an apologist for Freeman!
Blatant references are made to having done things for blacks (Mr Maponya for one) over 30 years.....
'I have been at the forefront of trying to promote black interest in our sport for over 30 years and have in the process, since I first led in our first winner with my racing partner Richard Maponya 32 years ago, ..'
Good try! Makes you feel goooooood?
Downright racist statement in any vocab when taken in context!
Like class tells no matter how neo-liberal you might portray yourself!

@Craig Eudey:
I respect you and always regard your input highly.
However, you are out of order here. As zsuzsanna04 stated, play the ball not the (wo)man & Muhtiman's comment about John being responsible for the onslaught; he asked for it!
Millions have been looted from horseracing by those within the industry and we never hear about it. Like the ANC (Govt), a tap on the wrist or sweep it under the carpet!
Look at the ff allegations:
There was a manager in Gold Circle who fled the country before an investigation into missing millions! Nothing done to extradite and charge him!
A truck came in at night at a training centre in Gauteng and carted off fencing poles, equipment, etc; not even a whisper!
Tote machines left open after a race. In another instance, an official / accountant accused of doing so and placing bets!
A hush hush investigation into financial irregularities and a CEO is suspended; then he comes back after a few years. What financial problem? What investigation?
R400 000 pa for farriers training and no accountability or results; like the tenderpreneurs, just take the moolla!
Dozens of trainers who never paid their stabling rentals.... and walked away! So too, owners who never paid (like me)!
Today or yesterday, certain 'untalkable' things happened...neh?
So, why the dirt on Phindi only? What about the others?

Titch the real questions are on the other topic regarding CC.... This is just a well timed distraction! Those that are following the CC will note PK is not even a witness but as Zs says deserves credit for kicking the process off.
