Are most subjects on this site the opportunity for people to get out their soap boxes or to actually constructively discuss the matter at hand???

1. HA is moving his horses because financially it is not viable to keep them in a region with less races & less week-end meetings.

2. The question of a shoratges of boxes available for both local & visiting trainers has nothing to do with who is better, who is being nasty or who is scared. There are not enough boxes!!!!! something the controlling bodies should remedy, FFS.

3. There should not be a shortage of boxes or tracks to work horses considering how many assets have been sold off but still the many Racing Gurus on the site discuss who is better & which trainers deserve boxes.

4. The constant reference to "Cape Trainers" being so good I have no problem with just remember that in your short sighted provincial mind that Western Cape racing would not exist without the other provinces betting money. It is well documented that Western Cape racing would not exist if it had to rely on betting in the Western Cape, the weakest & lowest spend in the country.

5 I do not give two hoots where HA wants to race his horses and his politics aside he has actually taken a stand, something we all bitch & moan about, so well done to him. The other important thing is that he is staying in racing not like C Treger who got the shits & just got out.
