LM Bookmaker (solved)

Hi

In the beginning of February I opened an account with LM Bookmaker. Its my first account with a South African Bookmaker. I have mainly had accounts with British Bookmakers before. I opened the account because of a decent sign up bonus and some excellent odds on Man Utd. vs. Ajax in the Europa League. Everything went allright until I tried to withdraw my funds in the middle of March.

For a week nothing happened. Then I contacted LM Bookmaker. They told me that they needed my FICA-documents. I sent those. A week later I contacted them again to hear if they had verified my documents. Then I was told that:

"We have sent the documents and credit card details to the bank to review because our system has detected a fraudulent credit card. We need to await response from the bank after investigating. Regards, Ramon Zoghby"

I tried to get hold on LM Bookmaker via Live-chat and several mails to find out what it meant that it was a "fraudulent credit card". I have used the same card with several other bookmakers without any problems and I have even had winnings returned to it. I have never been told before that it was fraudalent.

LM Bookmaker never seem to be on their Live-chat and they have not replied to any of my mails concerning the status of my withdrawal and credit card.

Does any of you guys have any suggestions regarding what I can do to have LM Bookmaker process my withdrawal or at least get a response about what makes the credit cards "fraudalent"?

And most of all are they a legit bookmaker or am I wasting my time waiting for the funds?

Thanks in advance
Jesper

I dont think that the fica docs is the problem...when betting with the use of a credit card then payment normally entails the CC reversal and a payment...it sounds like the bank is the problem...

Thanks for the fast replies.

Glad to hear that they are very respected. Hopefully everything will turn out allright then.

I still think the support staff could be a bit - maybe a lot - better answering questions/mails.

Att: Solotrama

I have no idea why they have allowed it to drag on like this. It would be nice if they would be more responsive and faster regarding whats going on and what the "fraudulant" is concerning.
