i don't see that spirit you are referring to Titch. our democracy is 21yrs and we still have people undermining others based on their colour,that's a fact!

It is supposedly because I have used an overseas credit card that it is taking so long. I guess the procedures at the bank are quite a bit stricter.

I still haven't received the funds from LM Bookmaker. They have been unwilling/unable to send the funds by both wire transfer, Moneybookers and Western Union. I have been waiting for about half a year now and starting to think I will never see my funds again. I hope some of you have some ideas to the next steps I can take. I have put in some of the corresponce I have had with LM Bookmaker so you can get an idea how the process has gone so far.

A week ago you sent my documents and credit card details to the bank to review because your system said it was a `fraudelent credit card`. I just want to hear if the bank has cleared my credit card so you can process the withdrawal?

Is it possible for you to email me a copy/scan of the front and back of your credit card please?

The reason for the delay is that we have had big trouble with credit cards from overseas. If you were a resident in South Africa the payment would be made immediately on receiving your Fica documents.

However because you are from overseas the process is a little bit stricter due to the problems we have had in the past so the bank does checks on the credit card for us.

Hope you understand, I will try and resolve this as soon as possible.

Do you have a contact mail for the bank so I can contact them directly in stead of going through you. I'm having a hard time understanding why it takes 3-4 weeks to make a phone call to my bank in Denmark and get a confirmation that the credit card is legit.

Everything seems to be ok!

We will make payment in the next few days. We normally settle accounts on Tuesdays and Thursdays however if I can I will try arrange for earlier otherwise it will be done on Tuesday.

I just want to thank you for your patience in the matter. The reason for the delay was as mentioned previously we have had many problems with overseas credit cards and fraud etc so we take extreme care with any overseas cards now.

They are going us HUGE hassles to make this payment. They are asking for letters and approvals from the Gambling Board as to the fact that the bets were placed via our website etc etc. It is a real hassle. So what I am going to do is try do this through Moneybookers. I just need to enquire about how I go about doing this on their website etc. I have never used it before and I am not aware of the procedures etc and if it can be done once off or if we have to pay a monthly subscription etc.

I will try sort it out as soon as possible.

They are not very helpful. They sent me a short email explaining how it works etc whereas I need to know if we want to do this through them if there is any integration required through the website. Like a payment gateway built into our site such as our credit card system.

We just want to make a once off payment but from the company account. That is what I am trying to sort out for you.

As far as I know you need to mail me your name, address, amount and country you are sending the money from when you have sent them through Western Union. Besides that I need a control-number (MTCN), so I can see if the money is ready for pick-up.
