Absolute disgrace. They bring shame to the industry. I can tell you that Lance Michael is one of the most honourable bookmakers in the country. I cannot believe this has happened to you. I am certain had he been in touch with you it would never have come to this.

Lance Michael is honourable............the problem is even honourable people end up with incompetent staff sometimes.
I think that somebody has completely misinterpreted the rules they should be following:
To the best of my knowledg, if a card is used to fund an account, any withdrawals must go back to the same account..........if money is OWED how would this "fraud" issue come into play.............why not be discerning about GETTING the funds and from WHERE.
The explanations make no sense unless the original deposit failed! Why would anybody use a fraudulent card to RECIEVE funds ???

(Edit:my comment about incompetent staff meant anywhere ,not necessarily in-house!)

the easiest way is for both parties to just register with Paypal, it takes 5 minutes and no monthly fees.

I don't think this is any fault of LM, I believe through my dealings with Hollywood, where I experienced similar problems, that it is government legislation that causes the problem. Hollywood could not give me a 100% guarantee that winnings could be paid to an overseas account, they said they would try but the final decision apparently lay elsewhere. Whether LM are doing all they can, as quickly as they can I can't say but the overall problem is almost sure to be the fact that the SA Govt doesn't like money leaving SA. For example, I can only take R5000 cash out when leaving the country. Bank charges etc are also exhorbitant but thats another issue.
Loke... sorry I'm so late, only just read the thread!... do you ever visit SA? And how much are we talking about (PM me if you wish)? Do you know anyone in SA you trust 100%?
