the very same...we kept bumping David Payne's hot 2 yr old sprinters and could not get a 2nd win in 2yr old futurity company
so we went and snagged the Gilbeys Juvenile Stakes in 1980. Prize money was better than SA at the time.

Dog Wood - by Fort Wood out of Fairy Garden.
An even better choice imho ... the "Wood" is easy to combine with "Garden" but the "Fairy" part is also taken up as the Dogwood is an exquisite small tree, the sort of thing fairies might plant in their gardens. See below if you agree with me ...
