Simple...

Pat Cosgrave says it`s because his horses are the fittest!!

To be fair he also said he was a genius,who knows when to ease off and knows when to step them up..

Someone once told me how to win races in SA was to run fit horses,not sure what he meant?

sometimes the winner of a race is not the most talented but the 'fittest' at that point(no offence to the yard but the Spies yard seems to have perfected this)

I would guess that Mitch has the right idea and so did Buddy Maroun, have asked the question before, what is this 6 weeks between races and nominations??

MDK has fit horses? is it a treadmill? no idea

It's wholly subjective who is the best trainer and thus completely pointless debating it. De Kock is excellent but to say he is the best in the world is like saying that that French cheeses or Italian wines are the best in the world. How the heck can you say?
