Loved him. Visited him in the US at the stud farm there. Was already quite old at that stage, and more white than the grey we remember.

My favourite grey horse was Count Phavli. Not because he was the best but he was such a beautiful looking horse. The most unusual grey horse I have ever laid eyes on.

Think he was trained by Mike de Kock.

Mr. H, they had one at Kenilworth about a month ago. It was the 10th race on their card.

I believe a Vaughn Marshall horse won in a close call.

(The name excapes me)

Was the 11th race on Queens plate day,the Uk have a calvary Charge once a year at Newmarket,the racing public loves the race..

Sure i watched an all Roan race Stateside the other night..

Thanks for the name Hibs, I'm giving away my old age ;)

I think a champion grey would be fantastic......

We don't even come close right now. In fact I haven't seen a Top Division grey in forever.

(Lubricator threatened early on in its careers and perhaps it comes back but will never be better than a handicapper now)
