True Hibs,
But I cannot help but think thats another horse who has been campaigning in races FAR to far for it.
Keep it up the straight and let it run in sprints. He will be competative in all the big sprints I think. Mercury, Golden Horse et al......
The other grey sprinter I cannot think of.
Where did he run?

As a child i used my news paper delivery money to back Wolf Power every time he runs.
My first horse was a grey........he couldn't run.

What about Bodrum?I was devastated when Spanish Pool beat him in the Queens Plate!!! A month before that he'd won a big feature at Turffontein, so was convinced he would win again! And then even more disappointment when he ran 3rd in the Met a month later... I was only 9, but sat riveted watching Martin Locke on Topsport every saturday afternoon.
Extra Cover was an amazing sprinter.
And remember the skinny little colt Right Prerogative that suprised everyone and won the July? Poor chap was killed in that tragic float crash very soon after...
Clean Break was also quite a useful handicapper - he sticks out for me because he became a very successful A Grade show jumper after he retired from racing! He was virtually snow white from day one.
And there was that smashing little filly Kiss of Peace.
And Mr Lerena's Jungle Rock! A real eye catcher... although I believe he was a bit of a rogue to work with! (racehorses can be such divas sometimes LOL!)
Oh goodness I could go on forever!!! Greys are just very special
