Can't log in to the Punters Challenge this morning - 'The underlying provider failed on Open' - anyone else having the same issue ?

With all due respect, we have supported Hollywood for so many years with their inferior website... and stood by them while they claimed the website has problems and they're building a new platform...
And then they forced us onto the new platforms... which is sooooo user unfriendly compared to certain other sites, but ok, at least it's usable and something that will now work...
And here we go again... the same issues continuously creeping in as the old site.
I cannot understand how a company that gives so much free money away to punters challenge, Cape racing, kzn, etc can't get the basics right. It's above my little brain to fathom...
Surely, spend the money on a proffesional team that will give you a proper solution?? This is the foundation of your company, so how do you allow incompetent people to keep making the same errors and driving clientele away? Surely by now Owen must have realised that it's time for new blood in his IT team??

Tried unsuccessfully for years to open an account with them. Still waiting for feedback today despite numerous e-mails to their "customer support" center. Absolutely diabolical. So i stuck with WSB and couldn't be happier.
Crazy thing is my better half opened an account with them in no time because she loves playing Spina Zonke. Trying to convince her to move to WSB as they have Spina Wina too but alas, she's happy for now.
Tried playing the punters challenge on her account for a few months now but it keeps kicking me out...i gave up.

Good morning everyone. We did have issues yesterday and unfortunately was offline for close on 50 minutes. I assure you we had all the team working on it, and getting it rectified. We understand the frustration it causes as well as the inconvenience, and we feel the same too. We are constantly upgrading and bettering our offering to make sure we offer the best betting experience, and although we wish they were unavoidable, there will be bumps in the road. We thank you for your support, and have all hands on deck to make sure its up to 100%.
