I sent a msg a while back to Dev
Sadly I did not get a response.
In hindsight I resolved my own query and decided not to follow up on it.
They have got to get better.

Now I understand why people get infuriated with Hollywood.
At the branch in Argyle,ballie waiting an hour to collect but some problem that he doesn't know what,not rica though as that was sorted a few months ago at the branch.
Asked me to phone head office to see the problem and can you believe what number I was waiting to speak to an assistant........?
Number 134....yes 134.So I must wait on the phone for hours and pay for the call too.
Unbelievable.

Sorted after being at the branch for a long time not even knowing what the problem was.
So being at a branch they want us to phone head office when they should of done that themselves.
You need more staff on the phones as being number 134 in line to query something is unacceptable.

I have been trying to make a withhdrawel since yesterday. Keep getting a message Declined.turnover rules not met. WTF? There are no bonuses involved. Is all my own money. Have tried email. What a joke. Keep telling me if I dont supply the required info they will cancel the ticket All relevant info given in first mail. I ask what else needed, they resend same mail.Tried to phone....get in queue....after 7 minutes,still no 17 so I hang up. Is this the norm with HWB? Do you need to go through the Gambling Board to get your money?
