Neither can I Oscar its a skinny price for a horse that has massive question mark around getting the distance, top weight, and abandoned by his regular jockey.

Imvho for this horse to win the race he has to have no initial pace and sprint the finish. It's not inconceivable and Snaith if he has half a brain will do his best to engineer that scenario

Linebacker at 6/1 and Jet Dark at 15/1 makes little sense. Watch the Met replay, Linebacker was fading most at the end... I'd much rather go with Jet Dark than Linebacker.

Safe Passage is definitely the horse to beat in this years July ...very versatile and ever improving...trainer and jockey combo also a big plus

next in line is Jet Dark ....jockey booking a big plus and coming to hand at the right time...12/1 could be generous

and them my personal fancy is Hoedspruit who has a decent draw , low weight and a very capable jockey...also a nice each way at 14/1

I agree that the odds on Jet Dark seem generous; not too sure if Bling had the choice, but if he had, imo he made the wrong choice; for me Sparkling Water is better over more ground and also on the way she runs, needs a longer straight; also on the Champions Challenge form there is not too much between SW and Flying Carpet - yet SW is trading at 6/1 and FC at 80/1; Jet Dark on the Challenge (and the MET) form has the acceleration imo to be a threat despite top weight.

I see WSB is offering 5 and 6 place betting - for me the 33/25 offered on Do It Again for running in the first 5 is also generous; for a top 6 flutter I think one can do worse than going with Flying Carpet at 132/25

......will add my grinder to the 6 place play instead.... also a saver on Red Saxon in the same market.....and agree that Do It Again is big value on the way he looks and galloped today.... as for a winner will see at post time but not an event for a on the nose play....all sorts of factors on that narrow track these days.....:dry:
