Hi All

The above meeting must be in serious jeapordy allready, as it is absolutely storming here in Cape Town.

According to the Weather Office, it will be a sunny day tomorrow, but the rain at the moment is extremely heavy, and one day of sun might not be enough to avoid a postponement/cancellation.

Yes. There is a Feature race, the Matchem, and it's the last Kenilworth meeting for a while, so every effort must be made to save the meeting. Let's hope that common sense prevails (for once), and that the weather makes it possible to postpone if Saturday is unraceable.

Batman,i assure you they dont just sit in their office and announce "cancel".Last week the reading was over 53 and we raced over 40....on wednesday last week the egyptian geese were swimming on the course so its a miracle we actually managed to race saturday.Not so easy to postpone as its all to do with scheduling from NHA....
