Ocean basket stop jockey sponsorship

Ocean Basket have discontinued their sponsorship of jockeys,no reason given,could it be various factors of no progression in OUR SPORT OF KINGS?

With all due respect, what is the point of jockey sponsorship?

If all you get is a cap and a thank you on Telly Track replays it has to be the worst investment ever. Perhaps it's to get that insider feeling with the jocks? Sounds alot like money for nothing and your chips for free.

Their franchise store owners want a slice of the money spent on jockeys for advertising rather than spending that money on the sponsorships,makes logical sense?

All sponsorship is a tax write off so wot eva coverage you do get is for nada....but i must concur that with overseas racing it is very limited
