Anything that has run a decent race from a wide draw today should be followed. The draw bias has been at play all day in my opinion. With them being forced to race on the inside trip, the outside going is dead.

Coenie De Beer needed that win badly.
Small stable but first win this season and first win after 70 runners.

I concur - and I am now very worried about Wine Tasting - somehow made it to the last leg of the P6; hopefully WT can be positioned towards the middle without losing too much ground; but given the draws, Speechmaker is a real danger - IF seeing out the extra 200m ...

What could cause this draw bias?
For example,Clairwood down the straight always favoured horses down the outside but here at the Vaal one day it’s better on the inside the very next meeting it’s better on the outside.
Is it they way they watering the track or something like that?
