Catsmug, what makes a good jock? I hear people talk about reading pace, is there anything else. Obviously there is quite a bit of hard work behind the scenes, but what else is important DURING a race?

By the way, "Soupmeat Danielson" had 2 winners yesterday which are paying for my golfing trip to Thailand later this year.

Hehe, that sounds like solid logic, can't fault you there.

I remember the Woodruff horse well, in fact it's the reason why I'm going to be smashing Pinnacles in Thailand, not Titleist Pro V1s.

Nothing can kill my clubs. They been going strong for 15 years and in spite of the numerous obstacles encountered in areas of the golf course where mere mortals fear to tread, they still stand up to be counted.

Golf is obviously just the excuse for some R and R ....

John Francome (who John McCririk calls the Greatest Jockey Ever to his face on TV) was battling it out with Peter Scudamore in 82 for the championship. Scudamore (who had never won the title) managed to pull ahead by about 10 winners when he fell and broke his arm.

Francome rode and caught up the 10 wins, and then retired for the season. The championship was shared.

Ya see another error on their stats.

However the system would probably fall over if they has to update the stakes column.

Google = 1 followed by 100 zeroes.

The should rename the currency to Googles.

1 Google gets you an Egg. Two googles gets you two eggs. Why only eggs? because their is nothing else to buy in the stores.
