......sorry Dev something wrong.....I joined HW to take full advantage of the open bet and have placed mainly OB on places and many of them have given fixed odds as payouts.....admit I may have made a mistake on a few but many others not.....if there is a glitch in the system then I cannot use HW exclusively and place these bets with the tote.....also is there not a way to take multiple (double floating) bankers on trifecta and Quartet bets... :huh:

PS I do not have the time and patience to phone a call center to query each place bet.....small amounts many bets.....:blush:

Could you not have just asked on one of the threads already opened?

Muhti, floating banker , first rover in 1st column, 2nd rover in 2nd column... rest of the selections in 3rd column... it then autofills 4th column.

.....other threads are about payment issues.....my problem is actually their problem.....I have been diligently observing this reoccurring problem and finally it has got my goat....and it needs to be sorted....now I cant even see my bets to actually single out each and every error.....

....It is still happening....tote playing up... so had a OB place on Why Choose Her....paid R5.80 on the tote yet I got R4.80 with HW.....

......with both having problems....what to do now....Casino looking very tempting.....:dry:

Never ever been taxed on an open bet with Hollywood. Something definitely wrong.

Please view your net overall return. Your stake is returned to you with HW as opposed to the stake not been returned off the R 5.80.
You received 3.5% more with your Open Place bet then you would have off the tote dividend as we include a small % bet type bonus.
R5.80 is the same as 4.8/1 which I'm sure you are aware of.

Hi all, I have only found out in the last week the how we lose out wen taking bets like trifectas and quartets with bookies. The bookies choose wen they will pay using the dividend declared or the pool. In the last week I caught a quartet and there was a carryover of R2500, but was told I will only get paid the dividend which I accepted which is part of there terms and conditions. The next day I catch a straight line trifecta 100 times tote dividend of 14,80 but only paid by the bookie 6.90. Nw they choose to payout on pool size, clever guys these, Ive since only playing all exotics on tote and even I lose at least I've contributed towards stakes and so forth.

I am sitting with the same problem ,pool carried over tote stuffed up and paid wrong dividend HW says its gold circle problem must sort it out with them ,gold circle keeping quiet on the matter
