The lads on Tellytrack make TALKTOTHESTARS a BIG runner so an ew could be worth a wee punt.

Everyone entitle to their opinion and must have chance in a handicap, but not for me:
1450 ?
Track ?
Hasn't won for more than 1000 days
Yes, dropping down the ratings - but could not win off 78
For me I fancy Gimmethenight - yes only a one time winner, but beat Schippers first time out, and last time out ran 2 lengths behind Running Brave (only receiving 2 kgs) - so obvious ability- 3rd run after a year off, drawn in pole - I'm taking a chance on this one

Talk 2 the stars on 3rd last run well in at the weights, but for me best rated is Rocky Nights even from that draw. Eachway bet. 2nd best in is Lone Survivor and then its very wide open with all horses that ran to their rating in last or 2nd last start.
In pick 6 i went field

Princess Penelope BEST BET of the weekend . She is 4-8 lengths better than anything in the race with exposed form.
But the pettycash and the float and last nights turnover of the pub on Scotia:P

Hell you guys lack some imagination
Thoughts:
R1: Workriders - for me an each-way on Mosia's mount will arrive most times
R2: Could be a bit of rough start to the BP - few first timers could throw a spanner in the works - I think Celestial Fire from the draw represents lots of value
R3: Two horse race; Machali with the 3 kg pull will make the favorite run
R4: Competitive start to a tough P6 - despite the probable banker in the last; both Crazy Charlie and Moonlightstranger (break a leg, John) get 3kgs from the winners, so I'd be including both and imo one needs 6 runners to safely negotiate the first leg
R5: None without a chance - field needed to be sure
R6: Tough handicap; for me I'm hoping Boatswain from a good draw comes back to the form that saw him run less than 2 lengths behind Buffalo Bill Cody at level weights over this track and trip; Master Boulder imo the main danger with Hot August, but again not too many can be ignored
R7: Already discussed; for me I fancy Gimmethenight, but none of them are without a hope
R8: Weak maiden; first-timer Quest for Good does not have to be star to win this
R9: Princess Penelope has the draw to beat; again the Alexander first timer seems the only danger
Enjoy

CASTLE GATE (WIN)
GOOD DRAW
A little weight of the back
3runs back over the 1160m's finished in 6th place,3.25lengths of the winner/made late headway!!

Bare minimum, Kellan's Comet
Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.
