RA is small insignificant entity in the general scheme of things, reading the article on SP sounds like Interpol and FBI called in to Guard results until whenever AGM is.

....never as he is a paid employee ....and not like when in the day he was co opted onto the board as Chairman.....he may rule even long after his retirement date....:blink:
