This is where sectionals and knowing the jocks comes in handy....My Honey wont lead becoz...

1- he hasnt enough early speed to cross winful patrol
2- jock engagement suggest they will push hard to go forward.

My honey will probably be sitting in 2nd or 3rd along with Ocean Roar and Peace combination. Trainer cruz likes his nags,when infront to be ridden at an honest pace,but jockey booking suggests they wont fight for the lead. But they will go forward thats for sure...as they will have to settle 3wide if they dont. But using previous early pace sectionals its easier to draw up speedmaps. The website also gives speedmaps bt ive found that my own are atleast 2-5% more accurate than theirs. It all comes down to studying jockey behaviour and trainer tactics. Looks an interesting race indeed.
